APP-PER-289974 error when entering a new employee in shared HR (via Purchasing Super User)

Dear Gurus,

I would appreciate your help on the following issue.

When I try to enter an employee (via Purchasing Super User -> Setup -> Personnel -> Employee), the system doesn't let me save the entry and throws the following error:

APP-PER-289974: There has been an error processing this person. The error encountered is 'ORA-20001: HZ_NO_PROFILE_PRESENT: N, PARTY_ID, 541858, N, CONTENT_SOURCE_TYPE, SST, N, POO, 541858', which occured in procedure per_hrtca_merge.update_tca_person at step 10.

Please contact your support representative.

The number after PARTY_ID goes on incrementing by 1 every time I try saving a new entry, but the rest of the error message remains the same.
