R12 Oracle payments tranmission configuration for SFTP

 We are trying to setup the SFTP transmission protocol for Oracle Payments in R12.1.3 to transmit a file containing payments.  We use  SSH keys that contain public key and password.We are not successful in transmitting the file out to our external partners.Does anyone have any setup documents that might help us trouble shoot the issues
