Upgrade oracle application 12.1.1 to 12.1.3

 Hello
I have a plan to upgrade oracle application 12.1.1 to 12.1.3. My question is if my step is upgrade directly to 12.1.3 , bug fix, patch , feature from 12.1.2 is lost or include in 12.1.3..?
