Shrink segment from em.

Hi all,

From EM, in Space Summary I saw some infomations such as:

   Problem Tablespaces : 0

    Segment Advisor Recommendations: 115

When go to the Segment Advisor Recommendations, there are many segments that Oracle recommend Shrink. I tried Shrink two segments with type INDEX. My tablespace that contains two this indexes, free space was increased. I wonder that rebuilding index is always NO (should not rebuilt index). So shrinking segment with type INDEX is good ???
