Tips for Tuning a Fresh Database

 Hi Gurus,
Am a Siebel Admin guy. Even though, I have installed Oracle 11g R2 64-bit on Windows 2008 platform & created a
custom Database using DBCA utility for our Siebel Development environment.

Is there any necessary steps involved after creating a fresh Database?
What are all the basic things I have to take care as a part of Database Tuning?
What should be the size of each DATAFILE of a data Tablespace?
Is 10 GB of TEMP & UNDO tablespace is enough?

Please also recommend your own activities as a DBA.
