Steps for Closing an Operating Unit

Hi,

We are planning to close down an operating unit (OU), i wanted to know what are the steps we need to execute for proper close down of an operating unit?

Few things i could think of are...

1. Close all Open Periods in all subledgers for that OU
2. End date Bank Accounts for that OU
3. End date all Responsibilities for that OU
4. End date Users(who will not have any Resp due to step-3)

anything else?
