How to set 10 GB SGA on RHEL 4.7 (32 bit)

 Hi
I am using Oracle EBS R12.1.1 (Database 11.2) on RHEL 4.7 (32 Bit).  Currently Database SGA size is 2 GB.
How to set 10 GB SGA on RHEL 32 bit? RAM is 24 GB.
