External application accessing EBS OAF pages

 I have a requirement where an ADF taskflow in webcenter portal application needs access to EBS pages on click of a link. Does anyone have an idea of how this can be achieved?

The link should take me directly to the opportunity page for a specific opportunity number.

The link I'm using is:

http://oradev6svr.abc.com:8066/OA_HTML/OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/asn/opportunity/webui/OpptyDetPG&ASNReqFrmFuncName=ASN_OPPTYDETPG&ASNReqFrmOpptyId=856277

which gives an error:
