Incremental Backflush using MSCA handheld device

 Hi We are using R12.1.1 mobile application for doing incremental backflush for the finished goods batches. I am having some issues with doing the incremental backflush using the hand held gun but the same transactions can be done from desktop. The error message from mobile device shows " Invalid batch number (STEP_NO=)"
If anyone has came across this issue please reply.
