ATO item and ATO model show in Install Base

I shipped an ATO item that was created in OM via an ATO model. When I ship the ATO item the ATO Model and ATO Item appear in the install base. The ATO item also appears to be a coponenet of the ATO MOdel. This did not happen in 11.5.10?
