Upgrading to OEM 11g on a different server

We have a new server which will be hosting OEM 11g and would like to upgrade the database agents from 10 to this new 11G agent. We have many OEM jobs on the 10G OEM and would like to know how we can migrate these job definitions to the new 11g OEM on the new server. Can anyone assist?
