How to compare the application specs between Web and Fat Client

 Hi,
I am new to JDE CNC. We have developed new application in the FAT client.
The same has been deployed in the Production environment successfully.
The application is not performing the desired task in Production Environment.
But it is working quite fine in the  FAT client.
Kindly help and advise me, how to find the deviation and sole the issue.
