API update_item_instance returns errors

 Hello,

I'm trying to update IB records with new party_id, party_account_id and bill_to and ship_to using API csi_item_instance_pub.update_item_instance.  The API returns these errors:

Msg1: You must enter a value for column Bill to id is not Valid . Msg2: API Programming Error: Installed Base to Contracts Interface Failed. x_return_status = E x_msg_count = 2 x_msg_data = API Programming Error: Installed Base to Contracts Interface Failed. I have used this API function in other packages and it works fine. This time, I use the API to convert IB records to locations in India operating units.  Have you encountered these types of errors?  Thanks in advance. -vl
