Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. URG: 'Material Requirement already exists for this item' pops up while saving the work order in Self

Hi,

I am getting the error message 'Material Requirement already exists for this item' while saving the eAM self service WO.

This issue is reported on production and i tried reproducing in development and efforts went into vain.

Can anyone throw some light on this error message?
