NOT able to update Organization Type for a vendor

Hello,

This is on r12.06

I need to  update Organization Type for a given vendor to "Limited Liability Partnership"  under Tax and Reporting page.

When I select "Limited Liability Partnership" from drop down menu and click save, I get following error.

"Unable to access the page, please contact your system administrator for support"

The weird issue is - this is only happening for one supplier.

Any idea why?
