11.1.1.5.0 Excel Template Builder - ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

Hi all, I've opened a thread on OTN about this - really hoping someone has at least had this same issue... (OTN thread is here - http://forums.oracle.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=2243368 )
Anyway, I'm fairly certain my issue lies within my data template.
I can create the Excel form just fine up to the point where I add the detail group data. This is when I get the ArrayOutOfBoundsException. And oddly, once I start getting the error, I can't seem to get rid of it without starting with a fresh Excel template from scratch...
What's really crazy is that I can build an RTF template just fine from this, but I really need to get Excel working here...
