Installing Tools release on Enterprise server and its patch

 HI,
I have done a new installation of Enterprise server 8.12 with default tools level of 8.96(as far ptf.log is concerned) on Windows.

No I would like to upgrade it to tools level 8.97 and patch it to 8.97.3 which would be same as my deployment server tools release.

The Tools release for enterprise contains two folder under it 1. System and 2.META-INF

There is no .exe file to run. So how would I upgrade the tools release? should I copy the system folder and paste it in DDP folder and run the .exe for the update patch?

Or there is some other way. Please Help.
