Database Configuration Prompt at Login

I am running standalone Project Management P6.7 on Windows 7 64bit and when I go to login I am prompted for database configuration. I ran through the fix that was given when I created a service request and that did not work. I need to have this fixed asap what else could I try until someone contacts me?
