Multiple instances of /ccr/bin/nmz running?

We just upgraded our 10g OEM platform to 11g (both OEM and database).  Where before we only had one copy of Configuration Manager running (/ccr/bin/nmz) now we have FOUR!  (?!)

  oracle  1578     1   0   Jun 22 ?           0:02 /export/home/oracle/OracleHomes/Middleware/utils/ccr/bin/nmz -cron -silent
  oracle  1566     1   0   Jun 22 ?           0:02 /export/home/oracle/OracleHomes/Middleware/agent11g/ccr/bin/nmz -cron -silent
  oracle  1589     1   0   Jun 22 ?           0:02 /export/home/oracle/OracleHomes/Middleware/oms11g/ccr/bin/nmz -cron -silent
  oracle  1594     1   0   Jun 22 ?           0:02 /export/home/oracle/OracleHomes/Middleware/Oracle_WT/ccr/bin/nmz -cron -silent

Do we really need four of these runing??
