Can not eject DVD drive in M4000

 I have a new M4000 server in which i did first time configuration to create a new user in XSCF and configured DSCP network. Brought up the system using default install already there but now can not eject cdrom drive either from Operating system level or from OK prompt. It comes back without error. Drive is recognized at c0t3 as per iostat -En but no light comes up at the DVDROM drive and it does not responds. Do i have to do anything to assign it to Domain 0? if its showing up at the OS level is'nt it already
