Business Case for Upgrade to 12

 Hi,

apologies for my laziness but I've been asked to put together a business case for why to upgrade to 12i.

This is proving to be more difficult than I would have thought, apart from the obvious that 11.5.10.2 is no longer supported and that the technology stack is prehistoric I'm not sure I have the one killer reason to give to the business.

As far as they can see we have been running a stable system for a number of years that does what the business needs it to do. And that by upgrading we are at risk of introducing bugs and breaking any custom code that was implemented at considerable expense.
