RMA for Internal Sales Orders

 Hi All,

I know there are couple of enhancements logged to provide the RMA functionality for internal sales orders. These enhancements are at level-15 (Oracle Internal Review). But no solution so far. What are customers of Oracle doing?

1. Misc Issue/Misc Rpt?

2. Reverse IR/ISO?

Please suggest.
