Segment Descriptions

Does anyone know where I can find the descriptions for the Segment fields that are on the GL Code Combination tables?  For example, we use Segment4 on the GL JE Code Combinations table to represent the "natural" account.  However, the value in this field is a number.  Where can I find the description for the number?  For example:   100023 = Cash Account for Division 3.
