Journal Apprval - Go Direct

 Hello - I was hoping someone could clearify something for me.  We are testing journal approval and do not want to use the HR Manager Hierarchy in our process.  Therefore we define employees and limits

Person1 - 10k

Person2 - 100k

Person3 - 20M

We had a tester go in a create 3 2-line journals which would fall within the 3 limits

JE1 - 5K per line

JE2 - 20K per line

JE3 - 200K per line

All journals were routed to Person3 - we expected one journal to be routed to each person defined with a limit.

We realized that Person3 is defined as the tester's manager in HR - so we removed Person3 from the employee limits and retested
