How do I find windows 7 installer????

 I've been tasked to install Oracle Developer Suite 10g (10.1.1) on Windows 7. I'm new to Windows 7, but it seems I need a window 7 installer which I can't find. Does anyone know where I can download it from "My Oracle Support".

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
