Can BI Publisher sends the csv format output

 Hi,
I have a OBIEE request and i created BI publisher Report based on the OBIEE request. Bursting is working fine and in the bursting query i am sending the output in EXCEL format.

Users requested they need to get the report in a .csv format.

I read lot of blogs the only way to send a report in .csv format is using eText templates. Is that true?

If it is so how to create a eText template, if some one can help me in creating etext template that will be great...
