Workflow notification view

Hi 

My user company's planners have started to do "reassign" and "request information" for move orders. We need to see all notifications transferred between planners and other users related to the move order.

In status monitor form, we can see only the main notifications related to a move order. (i.e. nothing is shown for "request information notifications" or "reassign notifications")

So there are 2 questions:

1. Is there any other place where we can see all notifications?

2. Which database table does keep all notifications information?
