How to know which patches are installed

 Dear, Salam, we are using ORACLE EBS R12 Version: 12.1.2. DataBase version: 11.1.0.7.0.
I need to check the following:
1.Which patches are installed and applied?
2.Which patches didn't applied completely?
2.What is the version for those patches?
