Health Check for E-Business Suite

Hi,  I'm about to perform a health check on a 11.5.9 /  9.2.0.3 E-Business system.  There are documents on steps to perform a health check on the database, but I can't find anything for the actual Application itself, other than patching levels.   Does anyone know of any documents which would layout steps to walk through this?  Thanks.
