PO Receiving Open Interface Is Failing With 'Period Not Open' , how can I restart it after opening t

 Hello,

I created a PO receipt for an RMA order but it failed with this error : RCV_TP_ACCT_PERIOD_CLOSED.  I opened the inventory period but I don't know what can I do to restart the PO receiving open interface.  I have information of my receipt in table RCV_SHIPMENT_HEADERS but nothing in table RCV_SHIPMENT_LINES.  I can't query the PO receipt in PO screen.  The only screen that I

The version on the APPS is 11.5.9.
