Attachments in the Tax Exemptions screen

We are on 11.5.10.2 of E-Business Suite.  In Receivables, when entering Tax Exemptions for a given customer, we would like to be able to scan and attach a copy of the exemption as an attachment in the Tax Exemptions screen (navigation:  Receivables Manager -> Setup -> Tax -> Exemptions).  In the Receivables User Guide for this version, it does not appear that attachments are available in this screen.  I'm wondering why it's not available and if it will be available in R12. Thanks in advance. Peggy
