Execuing word searches for large objects in AERS

 We seem to have a problem with word string searches for the reporter and company narrative fields in AERS. As I understand it these fields are lobs and are supposed to be indexed to permit search strings.  The search was working up to a few weeks ago. It looks like the searches are not working for the newest entries. For example: When I look for the word ‘exacerbation’ which was entered in a case on June 6, 2011 the case is not listed. With exacerbation the last case listed when executing the query was from April 7, 2011. Any ideas
