Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. E-Business Tax (MOSC)

Only "Determine Tax Appliability" rule ?

Hi,

I am working on a vision instance where the tax calculation is happening for Payables but not for Receivables.

I was checking in the tax rules and there is only one rule and that is Determine Tax Applicability which is enabled and there are no other rules.

And in the configuration Tax options,I have checked both payables and receivables are enabled for invoice transactions.

Not sure what is the reason why it is not calculating for Receivables, can anyone help?
