Unable to backup a guest Ldom from the Primary Domain

I need to backup guest LDOMS from the primary LDOM by backing up the filesystem that contains the LDOM, but I am unable to. It seems like the backup agent sees the file-system containing the LDOM as too volatile. Any one else doing this?
