Point in time recovery
Hi Gurus,
Can anyone please help me in the following scenaria?
I want to drop a LMT with System allocation type and want to create a LMT Uniform allocation type tablespace. Before dropping the tablespace I will take an export of the data and will be importing into the new LMT Uniform allocation type tablespace. The steps are:
1. Export the data
2. Take a zero level full rman backup through the catalog database
3. Make a note of the scn and time
4. Drop the LMT with System allocation type tablespace including contents and datafiles(this tablespace has only one datafile).
5. Create an LMT with Uniform allocation type keeping the same tablespace name and the same datafile name.
