401k Catch Up Stopped After Cross Over

 Hello,

Our 401k catch up stopped deducting after the pay period it crossed over from meeting the 16,500 limit. We have only one DBA for 401k and one for 401k catch up using the same group code and group limit of 1. Also using the pay period % limits and the cross over worked fine when the 16500.00 limit was met. 

Does anyone have any suggestions?
