R12.1.3 Upgrade - Displaying Requisition DFFs

We're upgrading from 11.5.10 to 12.1.3 and have just the core Purchasing.  I need to know how to display the one DFF we have at the requisition header on the Buyers Work Center in 12.1.3.  Can anyone tell me how to do this or point me to the documentation?
