How to Set Up Approval Route Code for OR

  Hi Guru's,

I am trying to set approval route code for OR in our company and able to set approval route code for OR and getting message in work center and
then I tried to reject the order and after rejecting again I did some changes in original order and after that again order should go for approval but it is not happening....for us.

Would you please put some light on it what is missing as first time order is going for approval why not second time....?
