ASAP on HP Itanium and Database on another platform

Hi, Does anybody know if it is possible to have ASAP 7.0.2 running on HP-UX Itanium and the database running on another platform, like AIX, SUN Solaris, Linux on Intel or even on Windows. I suspect that from the technical point of view it should work fine but I'm a little bit afraid that Oracle will not support this type of mixed configuration.
