Ouput Post Processor Error - java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException

 I am trying to create a new BI Report and running it in Concurrent Program, first one, and i am getting the error below in "Output Post Processor". I have done the steps as in Note 1293410.1 but the error is still happening. I have checked the XML file from Oracle reports, for this request id, and it looks fine and opening correctly in IE.
RDBMS : 11.2.0.2.0
Oracle Applications : 12.1.3

I would appreciate if anyone can help me correct the issue.
