Error while applying patch 6867052

Hello all:

I am very new to Oracle, and trying to applying patch 6867052. During the prerequisite check I am getting error message code 74. "Reqired component(s) missing:[Oracle.rdmbs.rsf, 10.2.0.3.0, higher version found 10.2.0.4.0. Any help would be appreciated
