Cannot Find What Is Driving Item Demand

 I'm fairly new and still learning, so please bear with me. We have a few items that are showing up in our ASCP planner that should not be.  For example, an item has been obsoleted (and has that status in the item master), and in ASCP, it shows a work order demand for this next month, and a planned order for Sept.  The item has also been disabled from being purchased on the item master as well.

Where should I start looking to find where this is coming from and remove it from the list?
