How to add VM server to existing server pool

Hi,

I have a server pool configured running on single node as Server Pool Master,Utility Server and Virtual Machine Server. Now I have install VM server into another machine, and try to add the new VM server to the server pool, but on the VM manager server tab I see the new added node status is error, click on the view logs, it shows Check agent (192.167.1.2) connectivity, wihtout any meaningful error messages.

Can anyone let me know what is the prerequisite to add the newly install VM server to the existing server pool?
