Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. E-Business Tax (MOSC)

tax code not enable

When I try to create and enable tax code it gives this error

Allow Tax Rate Rules - Allow Tax Rate Rules cannot be selected because Tax Rate Rules have not been defined for this Tax.

Please deselect the check box or create a Tax Rule for the Determine Tax Rate process for this Tax

but i have already define the tax rate rule correctly
