Completed Activity Using "Log a Call"
I have a problem with completed activity behavior, when I create a task under "Completed Activities" section using "Log a call" option the task is moved under "Open Activities" section.
With the admin id I am able to get the desired results i.e record gets updated under "Completed Activities" section. With other ids it doesnt seem to work. Any idea what could have gone wrong?
I think its a normal product behavior and doesnt have anything to do with configurations of role or access profiles. Please assist.
