Unable to view 'My Company's SRs' list from 'CRM On Demand' tab
CRM On Demand users should be able to see 2 lists of SRs from the 'CRM On Demand' tab within My Oracle Support: both 'My SRs' and 'My Company's SRs.' We can only see 'My SRs.' Is there some additional privilege required to see 'My Company's SRs?' Is there a profile setting I'm missing? Thanks in advance for your assistance.
