Hi Folks,
We have following query, we are using Oracle since 10.7 onwards, our management decided to archive instance on 2005 Mar(Version 11.5..10), it has done and restored in different  database.

Now we have 2 instances (databases) 1 is Archive 2. Live 

unfortunately archive  doesn't have OU and LE,  so while upgrading to R12.1.3 it is fail due to OU and LE missing setup. now issue is can we copy live instance LE and OU setup alone and place into archive instance.
