Auto invoice and RA_INTERFACE_LINES_all issue

Hi to ALL,

we need your help.

We have one issue, where the sales order got shipped on 30th JUN 2011, trip closed on 30th JUN 2011 7.30 PM.

But the records got create in RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL on 1st JULY 2011 2.45 AM.

the Auto invoice program will run every midnight,

we would like to know the below things 

1) why the reacords in RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL created after 7 hours from the sales order shipment

2) why auto invoice is not picked the records from RA_INTERFACE_LINES,

NOTE: these lines are not in RA_INTERFACE_ERRORS
