How to edit initSID.ora, listener.ora in EBS R12

 Hi I am using Oracle EBS R12.1.2 I want to edit parameter file / Listener file how can i edit it?
I have edited some parameter of listener.ora from OAM like ADMIN_RESTRICTIONS_SID. But cannot find other parameters like LOG_STATUS to set in listener.ora.
Similarly i want to comment parameter in initPROD.ora like

*.dispatchers='(PROTOCOL=TCP) (SERVICE=sidXDB)'

Similarly how can i edit tnsnames.ora
