Expected Receipts

Hi,

User is trying to find Expected Receipts against an Standard PO and getting No matching record message. This PO is linked with a Contract PO. Amount Release on Contract is more than Amt Agreed. 

Now if Purchasing Super user is Querying for Expected Receipts he finds records.

My question is why Purchasing Super User is finding records of expected receipts whereas Purcashing User is getting Error message of no data ?

Can anyone explain this ?
